Robert N. Campbell
Robert N. Campbell III is the founder and CEO of Campbell Global Services LLC and also involved in various investment and nonprofit activities. He is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Lyndon Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas and a member of the Board and Executive Committee of the global East West Institute. Bob served as vice chairman and U.S. State Government leader, Deloitte LLP, which includes audit, consulting, financial advisory services and tax services to the states. Bob oversaw services to state, local, education, public health care and nonprofit clients. He also worked closely with Deloitte Research, the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions and the Deloitte Center for Network Innovation.
Throughout his 39 year career with Deloitte, Bob assisted government leaders of major federal agencies and more than 40 states with program planning and analysis, technology planning, business process transformation, performance improvement and re-organizational engagements.
He is on the Board of Access Health, Board of Bunker Energy Partners LLC, Board of TalentGuard, and Advisory Board of Britton Hill Investment Partners.He is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Lyndon Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas and a member of the Board and Executive Committee of the global East West Institute.
Robert graduated from the University of Texas at Austin LBJ School of Public Affairs with a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs.
Joan Hooper is a senior finance executive with 30 years of experience at both large and small companies. Joan works at CHC Helicopter as President and CFO. Prior to CHC, she was employed by Dell serving in the following key senior executive roles: VP & CFO of Dell’s Global Public business, VP & CFO of Dell’s Americas business, and VP Corporate Finance and CAO. Prior to working at Dell, Joan was Executive Vice President and CFO of FreeMarkets, an innovative provider of procurement tools and services, which she helped take public in a highly successful IPO in 1999. Prior to FreeMarkets, she worked for AT&T in a variety of senior finance roles including Finance VP for AT&T Business Services, Finance VP for AT&T Global Services, and Finance VP for AT&T Consumer Products.
Joan earned her Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern University (Kellogg) and her Bachelors in Finance from Creighton University. She has also earned CPA and CMA certifications.
Kevin is a seasoned executive having worked in general management and senior leadership positions in startups and Fortune 50 organizations. His background includes software, hardware, systems, storage and electronics companies. Kevin joined Flocasts as CEO and President in 2010. Prior to Flocasts, Kevin was the CEO of NetStreams, a start-up in the development of IP Multi-Room / Networked Audio-Video products that he sold in 2009. Prior to NetStreams, Kevin’s background has been extensive, including CEO of Yosemite Technologies, and senior leadership roles with VERITAS Software, Dell and IBM.
Kevin received his Masters of Science and Bachelors of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Brian Cooper joined A Glimmer of Hope Foundation in May 2008. He leads the strategy, growth and execution for our operations in the US and Ethiopia. Before joining A Glimmer of Hope, Mr. Cooper was a serial entrepreneur having founded and led software companies for 20 years. Most recently, he was CEO and Chairman of Affiniscape, a Software As A Service provider in the web content management market. Before Affiniscape, he was a partner with Texas Edge, an angel investment and advisory firm formed to invest in companies and mentor them in developing their strategies and business models, raising capital and successfully managing growth. In 1998, Mr. Cooper founded Lombardi Software which was born from the desire to address the inefficiencies in enterprise business processes and collaboration. In January 2010, Lombardi Software was acquired by IBM.
Del D. Kolbe
Del Kolbe is Partner-in-Charge of the West and Southwest Region at PARADIGM Property Tax Practice. Mr. Kolbe has over thirty years of experience in real estate and business personal property valuation, property tax assessment, property tax consulting, business incentives consulting, personnel management, all facets of strategic business management, and administration. Prior to PARADIGM, he spent several years as Partner in big four state and local tax practice. He also spent eleven years as Partner, Corporate Officer, and Manager with national property tax consulting firm. Del has extensive experience with property tax appeal administration, consulting, and tax litigation support in more than 20 states and Canada. He served as taxpayer advocate on various state and local government property tax advisory committees. Del earned a BA from Texas State University.
