TalentGuard is searching for a talented Sr. Sales Executive to join the team and report directly to the CEO. In this role, you will produce revenue and build strong relationships with prospects and clients. You must have expertise in consultative sales, possess a proven track record of achieving multi-million dollar quotas, and have experience selling SaaS Human Resource solutions. We are searching for someone who pushes boundaries, is driven to achieve outstanding results and thrives during the close process.
- Manages all aspects of sales activities covering a large territory or market.
- Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and setting long- and short-term sales strategies for an assigned region.
- Leads the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.
- Sourcing leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, industry sites and association websites
- Prepares periodic reports of customer activity, and gathering information to be used for sales forecasting and production.
- Compiles sales statistics and preparing various reports for management.
- Conducts demos of the software to prospective clients.
- Maintains up-to-date CRM system with accurate information.
- Creates proposals in collaboration with the Talent Consulting team.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in SaaS sales
- High performing (top 10% of sales force, consistently meets or surpasses quota, award winner)
- Track record of hitting quota over $1M annually
- Competitive, high energy, and passionate about what you do
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and work under pressure
- Strong leadership acumen
- Background in talent management or human resources preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business
- Strong verbal, written and presentations skills
- Ability to travel
