Linda is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TalentGuard, a company based in Austin, Texas, specializing in providing workforce intelligence software solutions. Linda’s journey in the business world is marked by significant achievements, including founding The Ginac Group, a highly successful career development franchise serving clients across the U.S. and Canada since 1999. Before her role at The Ginac Group, Linda was the Vice President of Product Strategy at Cofiniti. Here, she played a pivotal role in pioneering Cofiniti’s global expansion into collaborative financial planning through cutting-edge cloud-based technology. Her strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in preparing the company for a successful exit to H&R Block.

Linda’s expertise extends further, having served as a marketing executive at pcOrder, where she was integral in guiding the company’s transformation from a startup to a publicly traded entity on NASDAQ. Her extensive leadership background also includes key roles, such as Vice President of Marketing at EPSIAA, where she spearheaded the brand’s global expansion, leading to its acquisition by Fiserv.

Linda holds a Master’s Degree in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Norwich University.
