Mikhail Koulikov brings over 20 years of experience in HR transformation, workforce planning, and enterprise-wide deployments. He is responsible for driving the entire customer experience, from deployment to adoption, advocacy, support, and retention. As Director of Customer Success at TalentGuard, he will collaborate with our customers to accelerate the implementation and adoption of TalentGuard’s Workforce Intelligence Platform to drive improved business outcomes.
Mikhail comes to TalentGuard from a successful startup SuccessFactors, then the subsequent parent company SAP, and then SAP’s partner company HRIZONS.
Mikhail’s passion is in integrating technical and strategic, focusing on outcomes in the from of data and analytics. He holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of North Texas and Bachelors with Honors in Psychology from Hamline University.
