Austin, Texas – November 20, 2019 – TalentGuard, the predictive people development SaaS platform today announced the addition of two experienced enterprise SaaS executives to its growing leadership team. Former SVP of Sales at SilkRoad Technology Sam Gillen joins as Chief Revenue Officer and former Director of the Startup Services Division at Bridgepoint Consulting Pete Pearson joins as Chief Financial Officer to help meet demand for its solutions.
Since their Series B funding, TalentGuard has been aggressively focused on revenue generation and exceeding financial targets. The pair of executives joins to continue TalentGuard’s growth and partner with more enterprise organizations in the year-end and beyond. To align with growing market opportunity, TalentGuard’s former CRO Luis Rivera takes on a new role as EVP Growth Markets and Strategy to oversee the company’s long-term value creation plan along with partnerships and alliances.

In his role as CRO, Gillen lead the revenue growth strategy across TalentGuard’s multi-channeled sales operation. Sam has 20+ years of experience in hiring, training, and managing high performing sales teams offering solutions to all functions of Human Resources. At SilkRoad, Sam helped grow the start-up to over 500 customers and $35M ARR in 10 years.
As CFO, Pearson responsible for the company’s financial functions including finance, accounting, audit, tax, treasury and investor relations. Pete brings 20+ years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.
