Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

TalentGuard is searching for an SDR to help lead and build the sales development program. This is an exciting opportunity where you will report to the head of sales and has a unique opportunity to fast-track into a closing role. This role will be an individual contributor who values daily team coaching, weekly one-on-ones, and autonomy to drive your success.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve specific daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics. You will be measured on MQLs, SQLs, and CWs.
  • Source leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, industry sites, and association websites.
  • Help design and develop TalentGuard’s lead database in SFDC with Zoominfo.
  • Work with marketing to design and A/B test various email cadences.
  • Maintain up-to-date, relevant systems with accurate information.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience (cold calling a plus)
  • Track record of consistently hitting quota
  • Competitive, high energy, and passionate about what you do
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and work under pressure
  • Innate creative energy to thrive in a start-up environment
  • Strong leadership acumen
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
