Senior Demand Generation Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing lead generation initiatives to meet or exceed monthly lead goals. This person should have experience executing and supporting marketing efforts across the full marketing-sales funnel and be a participant in the ideation and creation of engaging and effective content for multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement lead generation efforts through inbound and outbound marketing efforts
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and execute advertising efforts across all marketing campaigns
  • Assist the Events team in the promotion of conference attendance as well as execution of communications post-event
  • Assist in the execution of lead generation campaigns to source new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through advertising, calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation content
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email and content to increase conversion rates
  • Responsible for A/B and/or multivariate testing to drive an increase in conversions within owned assets
  • Use data to drive decisions, leveraging analytics to refine and improve marketing channels and processes continually
  • Follow relevant marketing & lead nurturing trends and integrate best practices across all channels and processes
  • Commit to understanding our industry and TalentGuard’s position within it.
  • Stay current on industry news and trends, identifying event opportunities accordingly

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in lead generation, conversion optimization and/or email marketing
