Skill-Based Interview Questions for Comprehensive Candidate Assessment

Our job architecture includes recommended interview questions designed to evaluate a candidate’s proficiency in various skills. These questions are utilized by managers and technical interviewers during the hiring process. We link each competency to specific interview questions, with our model accommodating up to five questions for each skill, aiding in a thorough assessment of the candidate’s abilities.

Results Questions about deliverables produced in previous roles.

Solution Questions about how the interviewee resolved past problems.
