Learning References for Skill-Based Development

One can turn to internal and external sources for additional learning, education, and added proficiency with a given competency. They are organized by reference type, such as books, websites, publications, professional associations, and training programs. Our model links competencies to learning references. We provide up to 15 learning references for each competency. The definitions of the Learning Reference Type Codes are shown below:
