TalentGuard CEO Published in InFluential Magazine

TalentGuard’s CEO, Linda Ginac, was published in the May/June Grooming issue of InFluential Magazine. Her article, entitled, Grooming High Potential Employees for Leadership helps organizations both identify and mentor young players in a company or department that have the growth capacity for the executive or other levels. A short excerpt from the article reveals, among other concepts, that retention and grooming are very much intertwined:

“When employees know that the company is preparing them for greater responsibility, they are more engaged and often stay with the company for longer periods of time.”
